Shelley earned her Ph.D. in Social-Personality Psychology from the University of Colorado with a specialty in achievement and productivity, and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University with a B.A. in Psychology. She has spoken and written widely on career, executive, and organizational development issues.
